ive been developing bruises occasionally, directly above the muscle i had been working. first my bicep two weeks ago, now my trap tonight. any ideas, comments? p.s. 94kg, 17% body fat, 6'0, 4 years training.

also, im not on a cycle.
your shoulder looks like it has a mark from a bar resting on it. or from doing calves. i sometimes bruise my biceps when doing a lot of preacher curls, i think its just from digging in to the bench and squeezing
