So 3 weeks ago I fvcked my hand pretty bad. Basically the "meat" of my right hand has a lump in it and is painful as a mvtherfvcker. This week I developed a neck spasm and I can't move my head that good at all...all in all, my lifting is suffering right now.

To the questions:

I took the first week off when I hurt my hand, went back to the gym last week and am taking this week off again due to the hand and neck. So my question is, will I start noticing any appreciable muscle loss if I take another week off? Also, my strength gains have rocked over the last month, how fast can I lose those as well?
