Knots, Knots, Knots!!!!

I seem to get a large amount of knots. Especially in my traps and in my back. Does anyone have any advice on getting rid of them or even better preventing them?

you might be able to get them out yourself if you have poles in your basement for support. I've used that one successfully as well, don't be afraid to really lay into it, but dont hurt yourself. The curve of the poles is like a palm... just fyi I suppose

I had the same problem and found out it was from eating way to much creatien. when I started cycleing my intake i stoped getting them so bad. also massage therapy is awsome to
