Stepped on 2 Nails and Sore Abs when doing cardio is it a stitch?

Stepped on 2 nails and my foot swelled up like a club....


Had to get a pennacylin shot / tetnis and painkillers and antibiotics..

If it doesnt heal today got to go hospital.

I want to go to the gym :chairshot:_1106:


When i have been running doing cardio. I have been getting a tight tension feeling to the left and right of my abs.

Not sure what it is but it changes sides at random.

Is it just sore abs from working them and I am flexing them while i am running and don't know it?

Sometimes it really stops me from being able to run and I have to do HIIT Intervals to make it easier to get through.
