you should still be training legs and doing cardio. a good sprint program for the current detrained moment would be good.

ive had this before. find an art specialist around you. look for chiropractors who are certified. its expensive and very painful but it works well. you need at least 5 sessions over 10 to 12 weeks. looking at between $50 and $90 for a 20 minute session. very worth it. my guy is fantastic for elbows and shoulders.

^^^^^^ Great info Tim. I can't emphasize how important it is to make use of this time to let your forearm heal and concentrate on your legs.

Invest in was Glutamine Peptide (Not L-Glutamine). Helps with the healing process big time. When you get ready to hit upper body again get some elbow wraps or cuffs. Doesn't make you a ***** if you get them.

I got to the point of throwing around a lot of weight. Especially with hangcleans and powercleans. I used to do those for breakfast just because I loved them. I ended up with a slight tear in my bicep tendon. I let it heal for 4 months. Did nothing but benchpress and excruciating leg work. It paid off.

Depends on how painful it is. Rate it on a scale 1- 10. 1 being no so bad and 10 being the painful.

I gave myself some pretty bad tendonitis in my elbow doing straight bar curls. I had my doc do some active release treatment but it still took a couple months before I could train hard again. These days my occupation as an auto technician has me in a constant state of tendon pain in my forearms. I've been taking Animal Flex for joint and ligament support.
