neck rehab

I just got time and medically clear to do some working out. I am coming of off a broken neck. I have no strength there, and no idea how to build it. Some suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here's the tricky part; my right calavical(sp?) did not heal right and hurts when i try to do to much with that arm.

I fractured my c2, and they gave me no pt. at all. They took my halo then my collar and said bye.

do you have any nerve damage?

i fractured my c7 and t3 and t4

its not hard to find a physical therapist, call your ortho or family doctor and you can even just look one up on the internet or use a phone book

I am sorry rehab was a poor choice of words. I have should of said exercises.
No, I have no nerve damage and I will admit, I am a very lucky man.
