There a stinging pain on the outerside of my bicep close to the elbow joint. Especially when I do an internal motion with apllied pressure.

rest.
dont arm wrestle, best way to get hurt, if someone wants a challenge have them come do arms with u in the gym,lol
I used to arm wrestle alot did the same thing about 5 years ago and my elbow is still F*cked
yeah i messed my elbow up arm wrestling once...needless to say i swore it off... but i used a brace for tennis elbow and took it easier than normal and it helped alot.
