    shoulder pop

    my friends shoulder will pop out and loose all use somtimes when doing incline bench what should he do to help this and get it stronger so this does not happen

    incline dumbell might work

    both of my shoulders are blown and used to pop out

    they still hurt when i go big on chest (not that going big is that big for me)
    i started doing alot of shoulder workouts trying to build the muscle around the ball joint to keep it in place.
    i am not saying i am a doctor but it looked good on paper.

    he needs to work his 4 shoulder rotator cuff muscles:

    Remember SITS:

    Supraspinatus
    Infraspinatus
    Teres Minor
    Subscapularis

    The one that usually gets injured from pressing is the supraspinatus.

    Yes. There are a number of great light weight exercises to do. I've even posted some in the past. I'll try to find them and PM you
