what would you recommend for acne from cycling,that would deep clean your pores and that is over otc.

accutane. its harsh but it works look up side effects.

not trying to steer him in wrong way but i find other methods long and only semi effective.

some say tanning helps.

Shit from what I have read about that stuff I would be amazed if it's an otc option? I have heard of ppl going blind on that shit.

There is loads on this site about acne, some say tanning, some say nizoral. Most advise that showering more frequently is a must. If you choose Accutane I would interested in the results.....

I asked this question on how to prevent and treat. I bought nutrogena body wash(pumice) leave on for about 4-5min then wash off. I also bought panoxil bar, works but dries the skin pretty good. Clearasil spot treatment works for razor burn as well as where you need to get rid of a meteor. I use these all together...I have no break outs but still get the odd one rarely.

i just thought i might say that i am on accutane and is the only thing that worked for me. a lot say that you can actually use vitamin b 5 and facial cleanser and that also works. btw the sides are not that bad for me..just a litlle blurred vision at night and that's all.

You could also try Nizoral. Read my post to see if it might be for you.

just use accutane if other crap isnt working.

and lol accutane will never ever be over the counter.
