Ok guys few yrs ago i hurt my wrist somehow even in 06 when i started back at the gym doin db curls or any bi curls my freakin wrist was popin and hurtin to where i couldnt curl the weight..

Now i just start back in the gym thinkin it would be fine not liftin for a yr 1/2 just did bis or well tried the pop n pain is still there wtf i cant even lift as much weight with it, cant curl more than half way up ..

Im guessing its a ligament correct?
I figured at 2 yrs later itd be fine, i have no insurance right now, what should i do, ? keep workin out just light as possible on bis, i have no prob with my right my left only

Anything i can take, im very bummed now

Any one had this problem im pissed as hell just got back in the gym excited and now im pissed
