I am recovering from a CTS release surgery and had a few questions.
If anyone doesn't know, when they do the release, they cut a tendon in half in the palm of your hand. When it is separated, it grows back in time, making it longer than it previously was, thus the pressure on the nerve is released. Actually pressure is release imediately upon severing the tendon.
Durign the time that this healing is taking place, the palm of your hand is sensitive to pressure. Infact, the first month or so it can be very painful.
I had my left hand done 2/14 and my right hand was done this past oct. I have been basically out of full workout routines. Keeping up on cardio and legs. Can still do squats in a smith machine. Pulling excercises can resume at about 85% about 4 weeks out. Pushing takes a little considerably longer.
I am looking to use some AAS to assist in tendon and muscle repair in my hands to hopefully recover a little better.
I am getting tons of differing opinions across the net. (who would have thunk it) I have read Gh, IGF-1, Test, Deca (of course with Deca I would include Test to avoid Deco D***.
Anyone have any sources of information i could read or experience in this or similar surgical proceedures?
I have considered Gh at 3-4iu per day because there are almost no ill sides. I would really like to do a Mast/Tren/Test cycle in a couple of months, so I wasn't too hip on the deca/test plan because that would delay me on that cycle. But maybe if I keep my cardio up and diet extremely clean and more cutting-like, a deca/test cycle wouldn't puff me up like the sta-puff marshmallow man.
LOoking for some solid input here and informational sources/studies/research.
Thanks bros.
