what about warm up? i never had any problems sqauttin but i always warm up and stretch for a long time.

and when it comes to soccer i never touch a ball unless im full warmed up and stretched out cuz i dunno how many times i've pulled a groin or a thigh muscle

if its real bad then apply some heat, massage during workouts and ice it afterwards

    hope that helped
