o.k. ladies and gents! my wife feels that she needs to get a tummy tuck to regain her waist size after having our two kids. I recommended alot of running, sit-ups and other exercies that target the mid-section first before anys surgery is done. she has not tried any of the things mentioned cause she feels that a $10,000 dollar surgery is the only way to go to get rid of the excess skin and fat. Currently she is on a strict diet and has lost several pounds but doesnt feel that the exercises will be of any help. Am i right that the exercises will reduce the midsection or should i just dish out the cash? thanks
