x-ray

I am having a x-ray on both shoulders on the 17 of march to check for any damage to the bones. My question is, can the x-ray also show if i have osteoporosis and what other things can it show.

yes it can show its hard to show any tendon involvement but bone density ,spurs , tumors fractures are easily evaluated.

Thanks for the replie it was really helpful. Im am just having a normal x-ray so really that aint going to show much.
