    6 Weeks out, Muscle Strain

    Here is the thing
    I am preparing for the contest and noticed one of my scapula does not come out as far as the other one meaning this will seriously screw up my symmetry on stage in the relaxed pose.

    I went and hot a deep tissue expand my muscles and fix all the bumps and what not in my scapula, back and romboluous.
    I went that night and did my traps and back.

    Anyways That shit hurt the following day.
    I was going to go to the ER, the pain was ****ing hurting sooo bad.
    I went back to the massage place and alerted them the pain i was in, so the person did another light massage and focused on the part that was hurting.
    She also said my left and right side of my back were not right.
    My right side was shorter and in the back more and my left side was normal but the traps were different in length.
    Im naturally right handed.
    Anyways I checked myself out and noticed it to.
    Also the problem on my right side is where I had my bicep tendionitis issue awhile back and that was fixed with a cortisone shot.
    Had an mri and xray nothing showed.
    Anyways then my tricep started hurting after the 2nd massage but my back felt better not 100% but better.
    Then I iced it and whatnot, shit was still hurting.
    Went back for another light massage and that helped but problems still persisted.
    So I went to see a sports doctor.
    He said I have a muscle strain.
    So the first day he examined me and gave me acupuncture on that side.
    Then recommended me for physical therapy.
    I went for my first session and he had this machine on me.
    It had little patches stuck to my tricep and rear delt, also had a heat pad on top of it
    It made my muscles jump, im sure it was for breaking up inflammation.
    Then had me do a few light exercises basically to gain stabilization back and do damage the scar tissue so my body will rebuild it fresh and then excrete it out like us BB do normally.
    He then put this medical grade "bengay" on me, It felt ok but i noticed my tricep swell up and assumed im allergic to it.
    Anyways I went back today he did the machine on me again and had me do 2 exercises once again.
    Keep in mind I have been out of the gym one full week to let my body heal
    Only doing my daily cardio to tighten up and what not.
    Today is monday and I am going back to work out im just going to go light on my left side.
    Im going back to see the DR tomorrow and I will ask for a cortisone shot, I been training for the last ****ing year and im 6 weeks out and I really don't wanna not make it but i don't wanna seriously **** myself up.
    So 6 more weeks, diet is going good, just have to go light on the training.
    Let me know what some of you think.


    If i have to get surgery it will be after, or whatever I just wanna make this god damn show and not miss out on it cuz of this ****ing shit.

    Just got a cortosone shot to remove any inflammation.
    Will update

    Arm is still sore, working out, much much better.
    3-5 weeks out from show going good
