Problem is I cant do much in the way of quads due to the extream pain. Its like I never had the opperation. Doc and theripist said everything is good to go and that I cant hurt it further. But the pain is breathtaking. I cant jog, shoot hoops or anything with sudden movements. Its just the pain. I squatted for the first time in 6 months and could do 225 for 10 no problem but it hurt so bad that I just stopped there. So its not as though its just weak. My question is, is there any type locale pain injection I could get to numb the area so I could be active. Maybe lidocaine??? or something. On like a weekly basis???? For gods sake Im only 30 and cant even jog or get up off the toilet with out severe pain. Im sick of the Ibuprofen, celebrex and percocet. I dont wanna take all that and its really not helping. Everyday activities are fine but I wanna be active. Help!!!!
