yes i have had this problem for about 4 years now but it is much better than it used to be,if you have had this for 1 year i doubt that it is tendonitis and is now tendonosis.Sometimes i have to watch what lifts i perform and how much intensity that i use.

I have this when my strenth goes up considerbly, so i have to slow down, my tendons don't get strong as quicklty as my muscles get bigger/stronger..so i have to up the weight slowly, even if i feel like i could lift up a car, LOL !

yeah it really sucks not being able to put in 110% 100% of the time and i really used to be hard headed about that and no matter how much pain i had i would push on but i have learned to give in a little and mine has much improved.

at 1 point almost every back and bi movement and side laterals for shoulders,at the present time i still have to careful with the bar curls still can't do hammer curls with left arm or i could just to much pain,if i go all out on flat bench after about 3-4 weeks it will catch up to me so i usually use high intensity for 2 weeks then back off for 2 weeks

i have had it all over, when it first started both inner elbows then went to outer elbows then middle elbows then it bounced back and forth between these 3 points for awhile at present right elbow is almost 100% and still have it with outer and middle left elbow but much better i suppose the middle pain that i have could be bicep tendon at 1 point my damn left tricep was bothering me.
