    Knot in shoulder at inj site

    Just switched from Sust250 to Test E due to availability problems and I have a knot in my right shoulder at the inj site. I took one in each shoulder and my left one is fine, but my right one is sore to the touch. I stretched back in my recliner that night and got a zinger behind my shoulder and this hard knot has been there ever since. Any ideas as to what this could be? Thanks, D.
