    pec nec and pain in the ear wtf is it

    for about 4 months now ive had pain in the upper part of my pec front of my neck and into my ear sometimes. Have no clue what it could be, nerve maybe. It has improved a bit since first injuring it but still have pain thought it comes and gos. Mostly in the morning but by the end of the day fades. Any1 got any ideas
