Rude Pains from breaking plateu's?

I'm in my second week of using a training program in an old edition of "PUMP?Where Lee Priest talks about using a 5x5x5 theory 5 sets 5 reps 5 min rest periods 5 rep max,I'm in my second week and feeling pain but nice pain in both my biceps and it's been Saturday since I trained them like this and today was the worst of the pain.I've never trained and felt the pain get worso after these many days.Is this the pain associated with breaking thru size plateu's? because my arms are visually bigger and more full.I know there gonna be swoll from the work out but this is a different kind of pain.

The 17th will be 30 days into

may be it is just muscle fatigue, try to add more carbohydrates in your diet. i know it sound silly, but believe me the outcome will surprise u, just give it try and u got nothing to lose !!
