chafing, work out shoes
my legs rub together when i do cardio and sweat alot, what would you guys recommend, a good powder or isn't there some kind of under shorts i can buy?? also, i noticed alot of guys wearing the old school converse shoes, are these good for lifting versus nike shocks, what would you recommend???

Under armour makes shorts i call them sliders, they look like spandex shorts. They are for sports like baseball,wrestling, softball . Wear those under your workout shorts and you will be fine. Old school conv. although cool are the worst for your feet ever. Don't run in them, but to just stand there is fine i guess. Good luck

i have the same problem with my legs...i use goldbonds medi powder..and if i dont have that i use cornstarch...chaffing ****ing sucks so bad..i feel your pain

I use the underarmor compression shorts. They work really well for me. Goldbond powder works well also.
FYI, nike chocks suck for squatting, dead lifting, etc.
