Hey bros,

Today in the gym I injured my wrist doing flat dumbell bench press. I was using 100 lbs a weight which I do between 10-12 reps on. On my 2nd set of dumbell benchpress *after warming up with dips / weighted dips for chest* my wrist started hurting on the outside right under that protruding bone on the wrist. It didnt make any noise, nor did i feel any tear it just started hurting. It is very painful, and hurts when i suppinate the wrist. I iced it down when i got home just out of habit, but it ****ing hurts and will probably interfere with my workouts for a while. What is the best advice you can give me for this injury?
