Stretch Marks .. how do you get rid of them??

I have some pretty wild stretch marks [arm-pit/upper chest/front delt area]

Can i use scar creams on these or are there any tricks etc to get rid of them?

    Thanks

i keep mine, they are my trophies for all my hard work in the gym.

    i wear mine with pride.

they come with the sport dude, all those lotion/creams are not going to remove them completely.

    they will always be there

I used to care years ago. Now I don't give a damn at all. They are what they are. Would you rather be huge with stretch marks, or smaller, with none at all? I'll take option "1", no questions asked.

right on the bottle, and vitamin e oil will make them fade faster but its expensive for a smaller amount, compounding cocoa butter and tanning works best

Im intrigued, do stretch marks stay permanantly like scarring? Or do they fade with time?

When would you do this, prior to bedtime ? Before working out ? Both ??

I too have stretch marks and so I'm considering my options for if I cycle I know those marks are gonna tear like a Moses at the Red Sea !!

    Stretch Marks

    Hi,

I used to have pretty bad stretch marks on my back and shoulders .I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below.
