How often do you get a massage?

I get a message around 5 times a year. Afterwards, I end up with a couple of pimples and I feel like jello, which is why I only go a few times.

same here. theres so many places where I live so its wise to shop around. But for about $100 ( with tip ) will get you a deep tissue for 50 min. Just make sure you do not have anything planned for the rest of the day cause once you get home, game over......

Made the mistake of getting deep tissue massage and then went to work out a couple hours later. Had never felt so weak in my life...Don't know what it is but have heard same things from other guys.....Don't plan on workout till next day.
But to answer question, I go about 6 times a year

LOL, it all depends on where you go. Most of the time I go with a GF but if I go alone looking for a little something extra it's NOT I can do that myself. lol at the least it's and why not for a $5 tip. lol

Now at home, not extra's $$$$$$ and to risky but I still get massage as often as possible.

I have a membership at Massage Envy and it cost $49 a month and I get a one hour massage included for that with unlimited purchase of hour massages for $39 for that same month. I usually only use the one that comes with membership. The good side is that if you dont use one it will roll over to the next month and they will let you get a 2 hr massage if you want. The place is clean and I have really enjoyed the massages. It has definetly helped me train with easing muscle pain and back pain.
