    Knee's......problems...Help!

Lately, after a leg workout, i've been feeling pain in the tendon area just above the knee caps.

Did some lunges today....along with some leg presses...and "again" felt soreness in the tendons just above the knee caps.

Anyone know what this could be?

I use wraps...and this seems to help but...i still get soreness after the leg workout.

Constructive Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks!

thanks custom....sorry to hear about your problems. Hope you heal fast!

Actually...i looked at a diagram. It looks like my issue is with the Quadricep tendons.

    I better take it easy....

    Custom,

You might want to look into trying some HGH.

It helps with the healing process....

Sorry Bro but that was really a "dumb" suggestion......you need to find the source of your injury and work on that. May it be rehab or just building your core muscles.
Lay off of it and RICE..........if that doesn't help, go have an x-ray, nothing shows got have an MRI..........Get to the bottom of it, I only talk out of experience.
