So i was doing a seated tricep press with a 100lb dumbell, i did about 3 reps and on the fourth one i went a little to far back and i heard something scretch or pull but i heard it. I stopped massged the area and kept on with my workout i knew something happen but i didn't pay it that much mind since it wasn't hurting and didn't affect my workout. i knew something was going to hrut so i through on some chinese redmie patches they work somewhat. But my question is and of course i should go get an xray but just courious as to what it could have been i can move everything just hurts a little. im about to shoot some deca 100mg just to heal it a little. any input is great
