    great i have tennis elbow

    I am halfway thru a cycle including hgh... I have just started hgh, I know it takes a while. I got a brace, which helps.. I am going to a massage therapist on Monday. So I guess ice, and some stretching might help.. any other suggestions... this happened at a terrible time...

    no not really.. actually a cortisone shot did the trick...
