    Muscle Strain

    Aight boys..... I pulled my Pec the other day and the pain is running down to my shoulder. I have been working through it and taking anti-inflamatory's. Other than rest any of you guys have a remedy that has worked for you? I tweaked it last night while banging my cougar. I had her ass on her stomach on the corner of my bed. I was banging away and when i came I leaned forward and it popped.... My shoulder not my nut. Freakin hurt like hell. nothing I can't work through, just wanting to see what you guys do?????

    I know how to medically rehab it...Just wondering if anyone has any home remedies per say that work well

    Does it hurt when you move your arm in certain positions? And can u sleep on your stocmach with your chest down to the mattress, or does it hurt bad.

    I had a pec injury before and they aren't fun. The only thing that fixed it was time away from the gym.

    as hard as it may be to stop training for a bit, it would be in your best interest to take it easy. injuries are bad enough but when you keep training injured it will only get worse.

    If I were to hold my hand and try and push my arm straight up it hurts. I actually have a Ten's unit and put that on it last night. Its still a little tendor but nothing that bad. Thanks brothers
