Bad cramps....
So every time i do cardio i get bad cramps in my outter calves and my lower back. Is there anything i can take to help ease the cramp pain??? And yes i know to drink more water, eat a banana and take magnesium and potassium SO somethin else besides those 2!!

Do an easy 5 min warm up to get your muscles lightly warm and get a light sweat going and then go some very thorough stretching. That and fluids/bananas should take care of it. If it doesn't I would start to work on running form as that might be a little off.
