I am in week 6 of a 12 week cycle of test e. I hurt my foot the other day and it got really swollen. I went to see a doctor today and he said nothing was broken and the swelling will subside in a few days. He also told me to stay off the foot for a week and that it would not be a good idea to be in the gym during that time. I was thinking to maybe just do my workouts without exercises that require me to stand or put pressure on my foot. I know it would not be as effective but I figured something is better than nothing.
Any advice would be appreciated.
