If its not one thing its the other! So I don't have anybody bodyaches anymore but now my left tricep hurts when benching.

I started training different last workout also. I moved my hands out wider on the barbell with the intent to put more pressure/weight on my chest and less on my triceps. Well, they hurt more doing it that way. How is that? If anything my chest should have hurt. It pretty much feels fine throughout the day, it really only hurts after i use it. Or after i try and use it. I'm thinking its just pulled, worst case torn, but if it was torn i think i'd be in alot more pain.

What you guys think? Does any of this sound famliar?
