does taking proscar or propecia while on your cycle deminish your gains??

you will get answers from both sides of the spectrum...i have read some threads where people felt their gains were not as good, i have taken both duta and fina on cycle and felt that it might have diminished gains slightly, but nothing major, i would say the advantages of taking fina or duta far outweigh the slight less gains you will get, just my .02

The AS you were doing would be relevant to the effect. Finasteride (the true chemical name of those brand names you mention) is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. This enzyme converts Test to the more androgenic DHT. If you were taking a drug like Tren which is an analoge of DHT it would make those drug irrelevant. You would have nearly no test being converted to DHT becuase you are suppressing test production with the Tren. Note also since tren is a DHT analog hair loss drugs meant to limit DHT production are useless while you take Tren. If you need to be on a hair loss drug a DHT analog is the worst thing you could do for yourself.
