So I got up the couch the other day and all the sudden I felt this extreme pain in my back. It was so bad I pretty much froze in the position I was in and could not breath due to the amount of pain. I panicked a littlebit, because that was some extreme pain with almost paralising effect!
So I sat down on the couch and there was only one position I could sit to get this pain to slow down.
Well, It has been the 3rd day today... It felt really tight and hurt when I was trying to perform some movements with my back.
It hit me again today, not as bad as the first time but also really, really bad pain.
I know the lifting session that I did yesterday didn't help!
I am little scared now to be honest.... I need a massage theraphy, but what else?! What else could that be ?!
