fellows,
everytime when I stretch I could hear my muscles cracking especially in my joint areas: knees, hips. neck, wrist, knuckle. is there any thing i should worry about? is this normal, with the Knuckles, it doesn't bother me that much, but with my knees, hips, or wrist, I;m a little concern. I know for sure agrressive workouts could sometime land someone in a wheelchair. I'm just trying to be cautious. any help 'll be preciated
