Not sure if it is Tendonitis or Tendonosis, but I am almost positive I got whatever I have from heavy machine leg curls. The tendon problem is in the outer tendon of my left leg. I have been resting the problem for the last few weeks to see if the problem will subside. The problem gets worse with only machine leg curls. I can still do quads and calves with 100% intensity. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do?
