Acne and prevetion while on gear

hey guys what do you think is the best way to prevent facial acne during a cycle consisting of Test enanthate, eq, later fina and winny. What has worked for you guys, this is only my second cycle and is my first real, full cycle.Thanks guys

Take pantothenic acid throughout your cycle. first two weeks at 2000mg, then 1000mg - 2000mg for the remainder, depending on if you break out still. Accutane is the best, but you need a script and it is expensive. Wash twice daily, but not more. Too much washing will dry and irratate your skin. Tanning will also help to dry some excess oil off your skin, possibly preventing zits.

Thanks alot fellas, I appreciate all the help. I will go get that pantothenic acid, and I started tanning the same day that I started the cycle, this past sunday, so I hope that acne will be minimized. Thanks again

Get a face wash with salicylic acid in it too, that'll help reduce it also.

take something to limit the dht in your body... ... like proscar.

What I use is Nizoral 2% Shampoo. I shampoo my hair and then put the Nizoral on my face and chest, which is where I get acne when doing roids. Leave it on a full 5 minutes. Put a mosturizer on your face after you wash it off. I haven't had any acne since I started this.

I got some from the sust in my first cycle, on my forehead and rear shoulder area.

Tanning always helps me w. acne. So does a good face wash that contains tea tree oil.

My girlfriend's little brother (12) is getting a lot of acne from wearing his football helmet. Will pantothenic acid help him and what doses should he take?
