How badly are you injured?

GH is great.
Steroids? No... Would be a waste.
Depends how long you are injured mostly.
You will lose weight. Rest & recoop.
Then when you are healed do a cycle.
Also , muscle memory is true.
Still hasn't told us how badly he is injured...maybe he's too injured to type?

That's part of the reason why most people in the gym (and on message boards) have no physique to speak of.
When i run into anyone... be it in the gym or outside, the questions i get asked categorically are: "what do you use" and "how much are you benching".
...usually in that order.
My reply, if there's any at all, normally leaves 'em somewhat dumbfounded.
