    Maintaining weight while injured!

    What should you take when injured, not for recovery, but to hold on to your gains that you obtained from a cycle? Is there a supplement or even an aas to help you hold on to to your gains while injured?

    GH is great.

    Steroids? No... Would be a waste.

    Depends how long you are injured mostly.

    You will lose weight. Rest & recoop.

    Then when you are healed do a cycle.

    Also , muscle memory is true.

    Why do people reach for drugs for everything?

    Excatly. That frustrates the hell outta me.
    Most of my friends 1st question? "what should I take?"
    And then when you ask them, how is your diet, they go like: Ah umm.... I drink muscle milk in the morning and after my workout.

    Still hasn't told us how badly he is injured...maybe he's too injured to type?

    I think that's because he isn't injured.

    Probably a hypothetical situation.

    He's gone about it the wrong way though.

    That's part of the reason why most people in the gym (and on message boards) have no physique to speak of.

    When i run into anyone... be it in the gym or outside, the questions i get asked categorically are: "what do you use" and "how much are you benching".

    ...usually in that order.

    My reply, if there's any at all, normally leaves 'em somewhat dumbfounded.
