im in week 11 of a 12 week omna/deca cycle..i previously had a problem with an impinged left shoulder..now my right gave up the ghost..it currently is throbbing after throwing up 225 23 times today, but i really don't want to take time off, should i just do low weights and isolate the muscles? i also dont want to shrink back after the cycle finishes because i am unable to lift..suggestions?
