Shoulder injury at the end of a cycle
im in week 11 of a 12 week omna/deca cycle..i previously had a problem with an impinged left shoulder..now my right gave up the ghost..it currently is throbbing after throwing up 225 23 times today, but i really don't want to take time off, should i just do low weights and isolate the muscles? i also dont want to shrink back after the cycle finishes because i am unable to lift..suggestions?

i take it you are talking about 225x23 on barbell bench?switch to dumbbells for a while see how it feels,you will naturally lose some strength after your cycle so maybe that will help.did you have test in that cycle? you got a good pct planned?

omnadren is a test..its practically identical to sust..i do have a decent nolva PCT planned..dumbells barbell it will not matter..trust, the shoulder is pretty aggravated

my bad i looked at that quick and was thinking var,any way bro i would try to work around as in change routine and/or use lighter weights,try to stay away from anything that causes you pain or at least try to bring it down to as little pain as possible, i know its frustrating to do but i have been a hard ass in the past and did not want to slack off and i only made it worse.
