Question back pain and stiff hams

have a stiff back condition..my hams are abolutely tight and my tfL causes my knees to ache when i am dancing or playing any sport..have a weak back due to mild disc compression in L4 L5 disc which gets better with sumo deadlifts and squats but also gets worse if i am not careful with the form or the weights..

also have a stomach bulge which i need to get rid of..as it do proper ab exercise due to this condition.

    can someone help please..

well then id stay away from stiff leg deadlifts... if your trying to strengthen the core, abdominals and lower back are important (you want to stay proportionate and want to have a strong core, not just abs) then a doctor would be better suited than anybody here
