Try using a foam roller. One of those white things that look like a cig. They worked out my groin pull.

amcon is offline physical pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside... The pain of quiting will lasts forever!!

I have had 1 hernia, and then a double. If you cant feel a lump on either sides of the groin, then so far your doing OK. The next thing would be a tear in the lower ab muscle wall.Sometimes they can be really low, then when you tense up your abs, feel for a small lump. If both these things turn out OK, then its a groin pull. They can be nasty as hell.Try to massage the area, this should help the pain somewhat. If you feel you need th speak to a doctor, then by all means do so.
