    Need advice.

Hi all, I just got back into the gym after a 7 year break (marriage and kids did that to me ) and I think I got a bit over enthusiastic. Its been 3 days and I am so sore that it hurts to just move! I find that I have to stretch everything out as often as I can and that helps a bit. I really want to get back into the gym today, but I don't know if I should just wait till I fully recover or just go back today? I am thinking its just lactic acid buildup, as I have been told so maybe getting back on the weights today will help move some of that out or will it just make it worse?

    Thanks.

Remember when someone would touch your arms or chest and it felt like they punched you... hehehe
