Hi all, I just got back into the gym after a 7 year break (marriage and kids did that to me) and I think I got a bit over enthusiastic. Its been 3 days and I am so sore that it hurts to just move! I find that I have to stretch everything out as often as I can and that helps a bit. I really want to get back into the gym today, but I don't know if I should just wait till I fully recover or just go back today? I am thinking its just lactic acid buildup, as I have been told so maybe getting back on the weights today will help move some of that out or will it just make it worse?
