Has anybody ever tried Meladinina (Mexico) also known as Ammoidin...?

Its supposed to be a melanin enhancer (Helps you tan).
Im not big on tannning (Since I really dont need it! Im hispanic! ;-) ), Im just wondering if anybody has ever used it and how it works!
Its a tablet and its apparently sold in Mexico as Meladinina... Im not sure if anybody needs or should use a "pill to tan" but I think my wife would like to try it out... ;-)

Meladinina (Trisoralen) is a medicinal drug that step-ups pigmentation in individuals who don't feature adequate pigment. They include individuals like albinos or who have a disease titled vitilago in which pigment is lost and white spots appear, in time discolouring the skin. Meladinina is accepted by a lot musclebuilders and athletes to ameliorate the pigmentation of skin and to suntan better and quicker, whilst protecting the skin. It makes your skin a lot more tolerant to ultraviolet irradiations/sunlight by making your skin's make additional melanin, which as well as making the skin a little denser. The drug acts on your personal skin pigment and results depend on what sort of active pigment you already possess.

Meladinina will take your skin past the genetical roadblocks of burning and step-up you power to "suntan". In addition to its manipulation for medical causes such as for vitilago or for enhancive and cosmetic causes by muscle-builders, Meladinina can override a sign of anti-aging that is very disturbing. About every body-builder that has exploited Trisoralen found it worked out to some level. Trisoralen is a prescription medicine which body-builders frequently apply to heighten the tanning process. Trisoralen will cause the muscles to appear heavier and tougher whilst giving the delusion of lower body fat.
