    stiff neck!!!

    just dont ask, lol! I just home and took an a l l e v e. This usually works but is there anything else I can do???

    it took a full week to recover 100% but S**t! I can deal with the muscle pain from training but a stiff neck just plain sucks! Thanks for chimin in bro!

    your best bet is to check in with chiropractor...they will prescribe smthing better than alleve.
