when im in the gym, say today for example, i just worked my chest for like 45mins, then went to do 45 minz on treadmill, but for some reason i always get a dull ache on my shoulder when running after weights, and is always my weaker side (left side) the only way to stop the ache is if i fully extend my arm down by myside, it usually fcuks my cardio up because i only end up doing 20minz or so....anyone have this problem? can anyone tell me why this is hapening?
