    strech marks

    ok i use to be 300lbs 31%BF
    now im 6'4 235lbs 20%bf and i have alot of stretch marks on my belly and sides. im still working on loosing more weight but if i could work on the stretch marks well i lose more that would be nice :P any ideas?

    loose as much weight as possible, tan, exfoliate, and vitamin E.

    you can never get rid of them, but you can make them almost invisible.

    I have stretch marks on my bis and weird ones near my armpit from my tris developing too quickly I guess. I just try to tan & use Bio Oil on a regular basis =]

    lots of vitamin e will help and using cocoa butter lotion

    i had two stretch marks that were big, almost the width and length of your index finger under my arm and they are disapearing quite nicely after about 2 months of use twice a day

    whats the update stevey. Bio oil worth it? Mine are huge, and i need to get rid of them asap.

    they will help speed up the healing process, but dont expect a miracle job in a short amount of time.

    tanning is best bet

    I have some nasty ones at the axillary junction (armpit to pec) and they are so thin you can feel the muscle tissue underneath...kinda gross...but mederma thickened the stretchmark but did not mak it go away.

    my girl friends swore by Palmer cocoa butter for stretch mark cream when they were preggies. buy at drug store.
