Back in 2008 i got an MRI showing 2 dark disks l4l5 l5s1 i was told this was not the cause of my pain.

Went on to do 15 treatments of prolo up to date, changed my life forever.

Now i started training again but am in fear of re-injuring myself.

Once per week i do squats with 135 pounds 20-15-12-10 reps, i never go higher then 150 pounds, the same workout i will do deadlifts at the end 15-12-10 with no more then 100 pounds.

I do not use a belt because i have been told that it will strenghten my core muscles too, and after all of my training sessions, even after taking a walk with my GF i get on the inversion table for 10 minutes invert 30-60 degrees with rocking motion.

Next year i will get another MRI because i want to see if my disc rehydrated, i have been taking animal flex which is a very strong joint supplement, collagen and drinking lots of water.
