Well i blew my ACL last week playing rugby just as i was preparing to start my sus 250 cycle. MRI has confirmed that bad news however i'm not booked into surgery until 23rd of December.

My physio has told me to keep up serious rehab in my knee until then, and maintain as much muscle in quads as i can as this will help recovering post surgery. Bareing in mind i still have enough time to fit 10 week sus250 cycle (plus pct) in between now and then do you think could benefit rather then hinder continuing with my cycle as i could then promote growth in the legs up until my surgery.

any thoughts?
