Well ofcourse getting back into lifting, I had to **** my wrist up.. Although, ****ing it up wasn't from lifting.
I pulled my mattress off my bed and sat it vertically, then picked it up by the edges and bent both wrist downward because of the weight of it and flipped it around.. Well then the next day or so, my left wrist is killing me.. Moving it to the sides is fine, but up hurts a little and moving it down feels like I'm stretching something out.. I woke up this morning and it cracked which it never does, it felt better after that and then got back to the way it was hurting before. If I shake my hand in the air it hurts and my fingers feel really light if that makes sense..
Anyone have any idea what I could of done? This needs to go away so I can get my ass back into the gym safely.
