    Deca for shoulder pain

    I have pain in my shoulders when doing pressing movements such as seated shoulder press/flat chest press, can i take a shot of deca to relieve the pain so i can train properly as im sick of not being able to w/o to my full potential

    whats the pain? Did you have a doctor look at it? Tendons? muscles?

    ive had it for years it hurts more when i do an arm wrestle motion.
    i can move my arms freely with no weight but as soon as i put even a 10kg weight in my hand i feel pain

    No. Deca is not a compound that should be used in an attempt to relieve pain.

    Take an advil and go see your doctor.

    sounds like tendonitis

    sounds like u got meesed up joints and/or tendons. u will aggitate them more if you do not heal that first....try swimming and seek physio asap.

    i had the same thing, but i am back at 90% maybe more , i can bench 180 without pain. what you need to do is exercises to loosen your joints and lift very light weights and increase as you see fit, this will take 3-6 months but its well worth it.

    this is the exercise that helped me alleviate the pain on my shoulder joints,

    at first it will be hard and painful, but do as many as you can and work your way up as time goes, and every time it gets easier shorten your grip. I do three sets of ten every day, I start with wide grip and narrow it a little every set. good luck buddy…
