    Cool Osteoarthritis and Lifting

    Whats the worst that can happen if I continue to lift heavy??
    Its in my right shoulder. Doesnt hurt but my range of motion sucks and its just uncomfortable.
    Any help?

    if you can lift then you'll be fine, the more you move your joints the better. I’ve been living with osteoarthritis for the last 10 years and shortly after i started working out i feel more flexible and able to do heavier weights. just remember, if it hurts them back away and use lighter weights then increase slowly...good luck bro...

    you are welcome. the best experience i had was with glucosamine and chondroitin supplement with MSM...but i only took it for 6 months until my knee was healed, now i take joint support with MSM, but will stop soon and see if i can do without it....basically take as you need it, but you have to be on it for few weeks to feel any improvements.

    I just pick some up last week, but it doesnt have msm.
    I will have to pick up another bottle then.
